Start Times: 10K at 8AM, Fun Run at 8:10AM and 5K at 9:15AM
The Ardmore RAH! Fun Run, 5K and 10K race will be a hybrid event!
October 21st: In Person, October 18-21st Virtual
Here is how it works...
Step 1. Register to run/walk the in person or virtual fun run, 5K or 10K and invite your friends to join!
Step 2. Pick up your race packet and t-shirt on Friday, October 20th at packet pick up 3-7pm at Fleet Feet Winston Salem. Or pick it up on race day prior to 8am. Remember, register ON of BEFORE Sept. 24th to be guaranteed a shirt! We are unable to ship packets/t-shirts if you are unable to come to the packet pick up/in person race.
Step 3. Join us at Redeemer Presbyterian Church for our in person event on October 21, 2023. Race day registration will start at 7am with the 10K starting at 8am. If you signed up for a virtual event, run/walk the distance on our own and submit your time to be added to the Ardmore RAH results leader board. Post a picture of your run using #ardmorerah

The RAH! features a fun run, an untimed 1 mile walk/run, a timed 5K and a 10K through the historic Ardmore Neighborhood of Winston Salem, NC. This race is designed for everyone, from lightening-fast runners and avid athletes to power walkers and first-time participants.
The 10K starts at 8:00AM, the fun run starts at 8:10AM and the 5K will begin at 9:15AM.
Race InfoT-shirts are only guaranteed to participants registered on or before September 24th. We hope to have enough shirts for all participants, but they will be given away on a first come basis at packet pick-up. Shirts not claimed by the start of the 5K (9am on 10/21/2022) will be sold for $10 each, with proceeds to be donated to the Food Bank.
